The Internal Capacity Building program lays a firm foundation for organizations to maximize the potential that already exists within it. By providing the same tools and strategies our consulting team uses, organizations maximize their ability fully integrate intercultural competency as a core component of their strategy and mission.

Nehrwr Abdul-Wahid, Lead Consultant of One Ummah Consulting, and Beth Zemsky, Former Coordinator of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at the University of Minnesota, have more than 25 years of facilitation and consulting experience. They have worked with schools, nonprofit agencies, businesses, and universities to promote respectful learning and work environments.

Three daylong sessions will empower you to facilitate dialogue that enhances and promotes a positive climate for diversity and dramatically increase your organization’s intercultural competency. Topics covered will include:

• Environment - Identity development, relationship building, and exploring healthy work environments.
• Climate - Climate assessment, facilitation tools, and bridge building.
